Jim's tight knit family of Real Estate minds advised him to start selling real estate professionally in 1994. His first year as an agent, he received the Better Homes and Gardens Rising Star Award and joined the nation’s top sales people in the International Presidents Council for being in the top 2% of the company nationwide for referring clients.

He then became an Associate Broker with a local Salt Lake firm and worked diligently to learn the business. Three years later, he broke the mold of traditional Real Estate and worked with Centex Homes to help America’s fifth largest home builder with their transition to Utah.

Upon doing so, he initiated the start up Brokerage of Williams Realty, where he insists on continuing to list and sell property to keep in touch with the market, personally understanding the needs of home buyers and sellers. When he is not driving the desk, his time is spent with his wife, Susannah and their twins, Tucker & Greta, skiing and biking in the mighty Wasatch mountains and making green energy at his hydro electric power plant.

Spencer is a native Utahan and alumni of the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. Since becoming a Realtor in 2004, Spencer has earned a reputation for local knowledge, hard work, high level client care and professionalism.

As a member of both the Park City Board of Realtors and the Salt Lake Board of Realtors, Spencer specializes in properties on “both sides” of the Wasatch Mountains. Spencer grew up ski racing in the Ogden Valley and is a former World Extreme Skiing Champion. In addition to being a full time Realtor, Spencer works as a Helicopter ski guide for Wasatch Powderbird Guides.

I am James Keesler, originally from Port Jefferson, N.Y., and a longtime resident of Utah for over 25 years. I live in Park City alongwith my wife Sandy, our son Evan and our chocolate lab, Percy.

Real Estate has always been my passion. Its importance was instilled upon me by my grandfather when I was quite young. I did not fully grasp his meaning until I purchased my first property many years ago. Today that passion continues, and it has allowed me to be involved in every aspect of real estate investment.

Hands on experience in financing, marketing, building and management has shown me that true financial freedom only comes from owning real estate. As a realtor, I can share my experiences and knowledge in all aspects of real estate investment with sellers and buyers who want to be as well informed as possible.

Dave and Carrie have been with Williams Realty for 12 years and together, they offer over 20 years of combined experience in real estate and finance, which allows them to offer clients a wealth of knowledge and the highest level of service.

They love to spend time with family, enjoying all the beauty that Utah offers, skiing, golfing and camping.
