Jim Williams is the Principal Broker/Owner of Williams Realty, P.C., operating publicly as Williams Realty Utah. Based in Alta, Jim has 30+ years of Utah real estate experience, including 25+ years as a licensed broker. He serves Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude, Park City, Deer Valley, the Cottonwood Canyons, and the Salt Lake Valley, with a focus on Utah ski, mountain, luxury, confidential, and off-market real estate. His public record includes 360+ recorded transactions and 46 five-star Zillow reviews.

Jim's career launched in 1994 when he earned the Better Homes and Gardens Rising Star Award and joined the International Presidents Council — reserved for agents in the top 2% of the company nationwide. After earning his broker's license, he partnered with Centex Homes, then one of America's five largest homebuilders, to lead their expansion into the Utah market. That experience became the foundation for Williams Realty, P.C., where Jim remains personally active in listing and selling property — keeping him directly connected to the market conditions, pricing trends, and negotiation dynamics that matter most to his clients.

As one of the only agents who owns property, lives, and skis in Alta year-round, Jim brings rare firsthand expertise to Utah ski real estate — from Alta cabins and Snowbird condos to high-end Wasatch mountain investments. When he's not driving the desk, Jim spends his time with his wife Susannah and their twins, Tucker and Greta — a grounding reminder of what home really means. He serves first-time buyers, move-up clients, relocation buyers, and seasoned investors, and speaks English, Spanish, and German. Spencer is a native Utahan and alumni of the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. Since becoming a Realtor in 2004, Spencer has earned a reputation for local knowledge, hard work, high level client care and professionalism.

As a member of both the Park City Board of Realtors and the Salt Lake Board of Realtors, Spencer specializes in properties on “both sides” of the Wasatch Mountains. Spencer grew up ski racing in the Ogden Valley and is a former World Extreme Skiing Champion. In addition to being a full time Realtor, Spencer works as a Helicopter ski guide for Wasatch Powderbird Guides.

I am James Keesler, originally from Port Jefferson, N.Y., and a longtime resident of Utah for over 25 years. I live in Park City alongwith my wife Sandy, our son Evan and our chocolate lab, Percy.

Real Estate has always been my passion. Its importance was instilled upon me by my grandfather when I was quite young. I did not fully grasp his meaning until I purchased my first property many years ago. Today that passion continues, and it has allowed me to be involved in every aspect of real estate investment.

Hands on experience in financing, marketing, building and management has shown me that true financial freedom only comes from owning real estate. As a realtor, I can share my experiences and knowledge in all aspects of real estate investment with sellers and buyers who want to be as well informed as possible.
